Biography
I'm a personal injury attorney in Arizona with over two decades of legal experience, grounded in practical insight from my years as a claims adjuster handling bodily injury and property damage. Seeing firsthand how insurers evaluate, delay, and deny claims now informs the way I advocate for injury victims.
From early on, it was clear that insurance companies prioritize profits over paying valid claims. Many deny meritorious claims at the outset to discourage medical care and compensation. I've seen it from the inside—and I know how to push back effectively.
I've practiced on both sides of personal injury litigation—first defending insurers, and later, more meaningfully, representing injured individuals and families. I've tried numerous cases and secured favorable verdicts, approaching every matter ready to go the distance when insurers won’t do the right thing. Today, my practice is devoted to helping victims recover the compensation they deserve across a broad range of personal injury cases. Outside of work, I stay active and enjoy time with friends, family, and my two dogs.
