She provided in easy to understand terms on the areas of improvements to my existing estate in order to maximize the benefits for my retirement. We needed help with updates to estate planning documents (will, living will, POAs) due to a challenging family situation. Michelle was amazing - she listened, asked clarifying questions, and provided information in a respectful manner, making sure that my mother in law fully understood her options.
