About Tracy
Biography
Unlike other attorneys, my number one goal is to try and settle every case that comes across my desk. I'm passionate about finding extremely creative solutions to seemingly impossible scenarios. In the same breath, I know that settlement is not always realistic or possible and when it's not, I am a strong and worthy advocate for you in the courtroom.
I incorporate my knowledge and expertise of the law and judicial system with my own life experiences and I understand how personal each and every situation is, especially when it involves family. I do my best to be sensitive to each client's unique set of facts and events, instead of simply viewing them as just another case number.
In other words, I treat you like I'd like my own family to be treated by an attorney: with respect, understanding and consummate professionalism.
In my personal life, I enjoy traveling, reading, playing games (I am highly competitive!), relaxing with family and friends and trying to keep my girls active and busy in the mornings and ready for a good nap in the afternoon.
I grew up in Minnesota and still have family that resides there, so I frequently head back for visits, although I try to avoid the winters at all costs!

Great Lawyer

Great Attorney
Tracy did a phenomenal job representing me in a legal matter again my ex, relating to travelling with my kids. The judge ruled in my favor and had my ex pay my attorney costs.
