Do not hesitate to make the call and hire Ryan, I promise you will NOT regret it!

I never thought I would be a person who would have to hire an attorney to help resolve a simple water flood I had in my home, but the insurance left me no choice. Hiring Ryan Sandstrom was the best decision I have ever made when it came to protecting my rights and my personal assets. Ryan was alway...s available and very understanding of my feelings and listened well to all my frustrations. With that being said, Ryan was very good at finding the facts surrounding our claim and never let emotions drive his demands and decisions while dealing with my insurance company. Every e-mail and phone call was promptly returned and was done so with compassion and understanding. This was not an easy process for me or my family. We had been fighting with our insurance company for months, moving from our in-laws to a hotel and then ultimately ending up in a rental. It was not until we hired Ryan that things started to move quickly and immediately. I would recommend Ryan to anyone who is having a difficult time getting answers or responses from their insurance company. It is only because of the expertise, professionalism and determination of Ryan that our claim got resolved and paid. We can not thank Ryan enough for his time and dedication and ensuring we were made whole for the damages that occurred in our home. My wife, 5 kids and myself are going to be able to move back into our home this weekend thanks again to Ryan. If you are ever questioning whether or not to hire an attorney, I am sorry for what you might be going through but know you do not have to do it on your own. Ryan will be your voice, your advocate and will get you what you are owed. Please do not hesitate to protect you or your family by hiring Ryan, you will NOT regret it. Thank you Ryan from the bottom or our hearts, we were blessed beyond measure to have you on our side.

The best part of my car accident

I was referred to Ryan from a friend of mine after I personally dealt with the at fault insurance company for about a year. After trying settlement negotiations on my own, I looked online to see what I should (or could) receive for a case like mine, I got nowhere. Their offer after medical expenses ...was about 4,000.00. That did not cover the amount of sleep I lost. At that point, I knew in order to protect my interests I needed to some help. After meeting with Ryan he explained to me where I could have future liabilities for I have any long-term issues from injuries resulting from the accident. That part was the eye opener and the parts that the insurance company neglected to tell me about (preexisting condition). Ryan also explained some possible situations moving forward best and worst case, his worst case was still better than the insurance company’s best offer. At that point, I decided to move forward with Ryan and his firm. It had less to do with the high dollar amount I could receive by using him and more that I no longer had to worry about the accident. I let him do his job and updated him on my rehab and treatment going forward. When the treatment was nearing an end Ryan went to work. From this point on the process was efficient and within about a month we had a settlement from the insurance company that was more than fair. Ryan was not done at this point he dealt with my health insurance company on lowering charges for service and coverage moving forward. He also dealt with some of the more unreasonable providers at settlement until we met resolution. I learn that there are many more moving parts in accident case than I ever knew or wanted to know. Ryan handled everything and did not bother me with all of the little things. At this point, I’m sure you are interested in the money so here it is original offer $4,000.00, after Ryan $43,000.00. The only thing I should have done differently was hire him sooner.
