My family's asylum case was seriously mishandled. Each time the lawyer would come almost 2 hours late. When he saw us, it was for just a minute then he would need the assistant to review the file and tell him what's been done. He would get up and just leave without returning and the assistant had ...to help us. The files are the worst mess ever and they were on the floor. The place is an unprofessional mess. Everytime we called for status they were rude and didn't know what was going on. They only knew to charge us and didn't care after we paid.

I hired the office and they were prompt on getting my packet in I received great service and as far as the office personnel they are some that may not be up to par they are for the most part AWESOME.... I have been to other offices that will not even start on the process until they are paid in full. ... My experience was awesome.

Hired this lawyer and basically were assigned an assistant which he didnt seem to supervise. We were told some forms were submitted and were waiting a response for months. Kept calling every couple days and were told they still didnt have a response. Turned out they had "forgotten" to submit the pape...r. Went 4+ months till they realized it was never submitted. Also were told to bring in documents that were supposed to be translated by them into english and one of the assistants response was that she didnt have time to translate it so it wouldnt be submitted. Those are just SOME of the complaints. Also seems like every time we were in his office there was someone else with a complaint as well. Seems like they get more cases than they can handle. Don't recommend by my experience.

I hired this attorney for an immigration process which was never solved. It took them 9 months to give me an answer on my back ground check that never got processed. I would call them even other week to find out about any news but I had no answer what so ever. The people that work in their office are... very uneducated and unresponsive. I asked to be refunded for what I paid for, a month later and still waiting I it. Horrible service
