Worst experience ever! Hidden charges, rude staff. My case wasn't moving for more than a year! I couldn't reach anyone either by phone in person. They made mistakes in my naturalization application including putting wrong date of birth and misspelled my name! I’ve recognized it only couple days befor...e appointment with naturalization officer (when they finally showed it to me) and had no choice but get accompanied by somebody from the office to the interview for an additional $1000! (btw the interview including waiting period took less than an hour). After a more than a year they still trying to charge me some fees… terrible!

My family's asylum case was seriously mishandled. Each time the lawyer would come almost 2 hours late. When he saw us, it was for just a minute then he would need the assistant to review the file and tell him what's been done. He would get up and just leave without returning and the assistant had ...to help us. The files are the worst mess ever and they were on the floor. The place is an unprofessional mess. Everytime we called for status they were rude and didn't know what was going on. They only knew to charge us and didn't care after we paid.

I hired this attorney for an immigration process which was never solved. It took them 9 months to give me an answer on my back ground check that never got processed. I would call them even other week to find out about any news but I had no answer what so ever. The people that work in their office are... very uneducated and unresponsive. I asked to be refunded for what I paid for, a month later and still waiting I it. Horrible service
