Yo Estoy muy Agradecida con Dios Y con El Abogado Rafael Tirado y con Hilda Sandoval por haver tomado mi caso y hacer un excelente trabajo. Porque antes de Yo encontrar ésta firma ningún otro abogado me daba esperanzas en poder ganar mi caso y cuando llegué a la oficina del Abogado Rafael todo ...fue positivo. Hace 2 semanas regresamos de Guatemala y hoy en día ya tengo mi Residencia permanente . Ellos son una firma Profesional muy confiable , honesta y siempre estuvieron pendientes de mi caso informándome muy amablemente de cada paso a seguir con una actitud muy positiva y contestando por cada duda e inquietud que yo tenía . Hilda es una gran persona a la cual Apresio y respeto porque me hizo sentir como una amiga y no como una clienta más; yo me sentí muy segura y confiada que todo saldría muy bien gracias a que ellos me instruyeron de lo que debía de hacer con todos los trámites durante mi corta estadía en Guatemala. Rafael Tirado y Asociados es la mejor firma q Dios puso en mi camino para poder ser parte legal de èsta gran Nación de oportunidades !!!

My family's asylum case was seriously mishandled. Each time the lawyer would come almost 2 hours late. When he saw us, it was for just a minute then he would need the assistant to review the file and tell him what's been done. He would get up and just leave without returning and the assistant had ...to help us. The files are the worst mess ever and they were on the floor. The place is an unprofessional mess. Everytime we called for status they were rude and didn't know what was going on. They only knew to charge us and didn't care after we paid.

I hired this attorney for an immigration process which was never solved. It took them 9 months to give me an answer on my back ground check that never got processed. I would call them even other week to find out about any news but I had no answer what so ever. The people that work in their office are... very uneducated and unresponsive. I asked to be refunded for what I paid for, a month later and still waiting I it. Horrible service
