EEOC Review

I was pleased with the service that Mr Flemming provided. He was very responsive and very informative in a very timely manor. Mr. Fleming also was very understanding when discussing the case and had quite a bit of knowledge in the field discussed. I was very apprehensive to seek counsel based on my ...previous experience with an Attorney that ripped me off but have to say that Mr Flemming did a great job with coming fairly close to his fees that were quoted. I would recommend MR Flemming and would retain him again if ever needed. Thank you .

Client Service

I was involved with a case that Phil Flemming represented and was very impressed with his professionalism, excellent client service, and technical knowledge of the law as it applied to the case. He was extremly responsive to any quesitons we had and if he didnt know the answer off the top of his head..., he always got back to us very timely. I am a CPA and deal with attorneys on a regular basis. Working with Phil was a pleasure and I would highly recommend him to any of my clients.

Unsatisfied Customer

I called and asked if the law group took Contingency base cases and I was assured they did. I did not have a problem paying the $280.00 one hour consultation fee because I thought they would work with me. I am a single mother that really can not afford to pay this however I borrowed the money thinkin...g I would receive some assistance. I arrived at 1:50pm for my 2 o'clock appointment where I was escorted to a conference room and I sat an waited until 2:25 pm before I got up and asked the front lady if the attorney was going to be coming in soon. A few minutes later Phil came in really did not seem very interested asked to step away to print a paper I had emailed him and was gone for another 15-20 mins. He came back in to just tell me unfortunately he would not be able to help me because they rarely even take Contingency cases. The whole point of my initial request was to only go to an attorney that would take this type of case. I would have paid my consultant to an attorney that does take this type of case. I felt that it was extremely unprofessional to have me wait almost my whole hour that I am paying for to not get any advice or guidance on what I can do with my case. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone that really needs help.
