Kindra Deneau

Kindra was highly recommended to me by a work colleague. She lived up to the recommendation. She sensed from the initial consultation that I was being lied to and she was right. She took immediate action and filed with the court. A five-year-long war unfolded between the defendant and me, but Kindra ...stuck with it, fighting like a bulldog for my rights. Even as the defendant sicced her attorneys on me, she didn't flinch and helped to cut through all of the lies and manipulation being spread. Even as attorneys on the defendant's side behaved with very questionable ethics, she did not stoop to their level. She fought for me with a strong code of ethics like a bulldog with a bone, never giving up and always pushing back. She was able to discern when things were wrong and knew just what the defendant's attorneys didn't want me, as the plaintiff, seeing. She knew when things were being hidden by omission. A lot of slick lawyerly tactics were pulled against us, but working a partner with me she helped me fight the good fight. She called BS on a lot of the defendant's attorneys tactics and helped me in the resolution of my case.

I came with a concerning case for a consultation, and this lawyer behaved unprofessionally and was disengaged. She left our meeting multiple times to take care of other matters, my case file wasn’t read, and she never addressed the actual legal summary of what was going on. I had to fish for answers ...and wasn’t provided clear options. These are the reasons why I chose not to hire her.
