EEOC Review

I was pleased with the service that Mr Flemming provided. He was very responsive and very informative in a very timely manor. Mr. Fleming also was very understanding when discussing the case and had quite a bit of knowledge in the field discussed. I was very apprehensive to seek counsel based on my ...previous experience with an Attorney that ripped me off but have to say that Mr Flemming did a great job with coming fairly close to his fees that were quoted. I would recommend MR Flemming and would retain him again if ever needed. Thank you .

Wrongful Termination - Protected Class - Recovering Alcolholic

I was smart enough to contact Phil's office immediately after my termination. Luckily for me they had me meet with Phil Fleming that afternoon. Phil was understanding, compassionate to my situation, and came across as very knowledgeable and experienced. I decided immediately to hire him to represe...nt me. Typically, I perform a considerable amount of due diligence and research before I make such a decision, but it was clear to me that I found the right counselor and attorney to represent me and my interests. Phil always took my call, and responded quickly to my emails. Phil always had time to speak to me and communicate with me. When Phil called me, he would always ask "is this a good time for you to talk for a few minutes?" As a professional, I appreciated that he was ensuring that I was available to discuss the details of my case. I was EXTREMELY impressed with the demand letter that Phil drafted for that we sent to my employer. Phil was able to capture the essence of the harassment that I experienced and endured based on interviewing me and reading the evidence that I provided. Our second letter that accompanied the lawsuit that we were going to file definitely let my employer know that "we meant business!" I was in a "David vs. Goliath" situation and we managed to prove our point and obtain a fair settlement for me...much better than what they were offering. Phil also provided great counsel in that he guided me and told me when it was time to take the settlement, rather than me spend more money and not get anymore in settlement. Therefore I found Phil to be honest and trustworthy. I was so impressed with Phil, his work that he performed on my behalf, and his overall personality that I took him to lunch to say "thank you" for that service. I now consider Phil to be a friend and he is now the only attorney that I would turn to again if needed, and he is the attorney that I would recommend to my friends or colleagues that were facing a similar workplace legal matter. It is with great appreciation for Phil that I am writing this review for him, and I endorse him fully at 100% as an excellent attorney. Phil will do a great job for you. Sincerely, A Satisfied Professional in a suburb of Phoenix, M.B.A.

Negotiating final package with employer

After 11 years with my employer, I was informed that my position would be retired and was offered a package that included a transition period, stock buyout, and severance. Being an executive with the company for so long, I felt the offer was very weak. Additionally, I thought there may be some wrongd...oing so I decided to hire Phil. Hiring an attorney was the best decision I made and Phil was the right guy for the job. He had empathy for my situation and his extensive experience in employment law gave me an edge in getting the package that I deserved. Our goal at the beginning was to get a certain dollar amount as severance that would help me pay for the attorney and provide income while I found a new job. The results were much better than expected. I got more severance, a longer transition period, and they waived the repayment of some salary that they claimed I was overpaid. Phil handled all communication with the company and got them to understand it was in their best interest to make me happy. I got more than what I wanted and all parties were happy! I heartily recommend Phil for helping negotiate with employers.

Phil Flemming- Highly Recommended

Phil Flemming represented myself with extreme knowledge with a very difficult employment case. Being I was new to my situation, he assured me of my rights and represented me in a manner that set me at ease. Phil was always very upfront, friendly, honest and understood my case in every detail. He con...stantly kept me informed and his turn-round-time was amazing as he was able to get my settlement in a short period of time. Phil is very precise in what he does and I would highly recommend him as your legal counsel!
