Professional, prompt, patient and responsive.

I am honored to share my experience working with Alden in responding to workplace harassment and discrimination. From the beginning, Alden was a beacon of support and expertise, guiding me through every step of the process with compassion and professionalism. As someone who had never been in this ...situation before, I was initially overwhelmed and uncertain about how to proceed. However, Alden quickly put me at ease, taking the time to listen to my concerns and ensuring that I had a clear understanding of my legal rights and options. Throughout the entire process, Alden was incredibly thorough and meticulous, leaving no stone unturned in her pursuit of justice on my behalf. She worked tirelessly to gather evidence, conduct interviews, and build a strong case that would stand up in court. What truly stood out to me was Alden's unwavering commitment to my well-being and best interests. She made it clear that my emotional and mental health were just as important as the legal aspects of my case, checking in with me regularly to make sure I was doing okay and offering resources and support as needed. Thanks to Alden's skill and dedication, we were able to achieve a favorable outcome in my case, securing compensation for the harm that had been done to me and sending a strong message that workplace harassment and discrimination will not be tolerated. Overall, I cannot recommend Alden highly enough. Her expertise, compassion, and tireless dedication to her clients truly sets her apart and I feel incredibly lucky to have had her in my corner during a difficult and trying time.

Discrimination TITLE VII Federal court

Alden was assigned to me under a very senior attorney I hired and after 3 years working on the case, he passed away. Alden was and is always responsive and thoughtful in her interactions with me. I was angry when we met and I wanted Justice on how I was treated. This situation has been the most ...horrible thing to have to go through. Alden helped and figured out every step of the way. She worked very hard on my case and it showed. Alden carried the case alone for a long time when my original attorney became sick. Alden didn’t skip a beat with me. The big giant City continuously threw things at us, that a majority of the time, the judge awarded in our favor due to the work of Alden. This case went to Jury trial and it was Alden’s first one. SHE and her litigation partner WON! Amazing job. For once I felt I did the right thing. JUSTICE! Finally after 4 years. Alden has grown from the first time I met her when she took the blame for someone else’s mistake on the case, but she wasn’t going to let me down. She made sure from that day on she always made sure things were accurate or if not it was corrected before it got to me. I am sad to have lost my attorney, but happy to have Alden representing me.

Strategic, thorough and relentless

Alden was the best attorney I have ever used. Her ability to understand the complex legal aspects of my case, strategically recommend, plan and clearly communicate a course of action made her invaluable to me. She is honest, sets realistic expectations, truly listens to concerns and respects your o...pinions. After the case was settled, she followed up with me to answer any remaining questions I may have and make sure I was happy with her services. The best!

Appeal of Arizona Residency Decision

Ms. Thomas gave me advice on how to appeal my state university rejection of my application for Arizona residency as a student. Being classified as a resident would allow me to pay instate tuition for the rest of my education, at great savings to myself. She knew a great deal about the residency appea...l process and her instructions on how to go about the appeal were very clear. I won my appeal, and she deserves a great deal of credit.
