I was charged with felony for family violence in Travis county. Mr victor Ghaemmaghami was assigned to me at some point as my Attorney. During the course of the case, he was able to negotiate with the prosecutor and suggested attend classes, which I did. Mr. Victor went above and beyond to help in the case.He is extremely knowledgeable and amazing. Always there to listen to you. Mr victor succeeded in fighting the case and my felony charge was dismissed. I would use him again in the future for any legal needs.And I would strongly recommend him to anyone in any criminal matter.

Got my DUI reduced to Obstruction of the Roadway
Mr. Victor Ghaemmaghami was very professional and knolwedgavlr about my case. He responded to my inquiries in a timely manner and made sure I was comfortable in al aspects. Before signing anything he went over it with me in full and asked if I had any questions. He seemed to understand what outcome I wanted most from my case and worked with me to formulate realistic goals to attain said outcome. The one lawyer I can trust
Trust is the hardest thing to find when looking for a lawyer. I needed to find someone that I can trust that will resolve my case with my best interest in mind. Victor was not some lawyer to simply agree with the outcome unless he knew he was getting the best deal from the case. He keeps it an open dialogue and willing to answer any questions/hesitations that you may have in mind. I’d definitely recommend him to any of my family or friends.

Professional & very thorough attorney.
Victor was wonderful for our case, an alleged DUI in Williamson County. He was professional & thorough throughout the entire case, including with the Prosecution team. Always showed respect, kept us informed every step of the way, and was completely prepared when we went to trial. I believe his demeanor & professionalism are one of his best assets. Great, great, experience
I was referred to Victor by a friend of mine, and I am so glad. His level of honesty and sincerity is like nothing I have ever experienced. He literally treated me like a really good friend. On top of everything, he got 2 fairly serious charges dismissed in a very short period of time. My life could have been ruined had it not been for him. The charges I was facing were completely false, I was truly innocent and Victor stood by me. This guy is truly one of the best attorneys in this area if not the entire state. The BEST Lawyer EVER!!!
Mr. Ghaemmaghami is a heaven-sent angel! When I found myself in jail due to three cases that I was truly innocent of, my Mother contacted Mr. Ghaemmaghami's office in desperation mode. He came to see me within a day, took the time to listen to my story through much emotion and many tears, and told me that he felt it was possible to have all 3 charges dismissed. He got my cases dismissed on my first court date. In Williamson County, no less!!! If I ever need a lawyer again, I know who to call.

If your looking for a lawyer that cares
We were in desperate need for a lawyer, we are referred to Victor. He answered all my calls and text asap. He kept me informed on what was going on. He was in constant contact with us. Painless way to handle speeding ticket.
I receiving a speeding ticket in a trap setup outside our office. Victor was recommended to me by a co-worker. All of our communication was via text or email. Which worked great with my crazy schedule. I never had to step foot in court and I got my desired outcome. Would not hesitate to work with Victor again.

Vitor is an outstanding attorney!
i have a CDL license and drive all over the state I've gotten several speeding tickets in Austin and San Antonio close to a doze. Not being able to qualify for a defense driving course to dismiss the the tickets on my own Victor has been able to have all my tickets dismissed and off my record! He's a Pro! No doubt
