My husband and I had started the immigration process and were experiencing numerous delays others were advising are out of the norm. I confess… we initially thought this was a process we could do on our own. After gathering all the information needed, and hours of aggravation (mostly spent trying to decipher the instructions), I threw up my hands and (nearly in tears) asked my husband to find a lawyer. In September of 2014, my hus...band and I brought our MANY immigration forms to Roya, looking for guidance on an application for Adjustment of Status. Roya graciously took our case and I couldn’t be more pleased with the journey, nor the outcome! Just yesterday, my husband and I received official letters that the application was APPROVED and my husband’s green card should arrive shortly.
