I went into my consultation expecting to come out feeling informed, instead I felt belittled and spoked down to. She gave me a lot of attitude and basically left me just as clueless as before the consultation. I’m honestly disappointed and upset that I even had to pay 100 dollars to even speak with h...er and got left with no good information. I would give zero stars if I could. After meeting with 6 other attorneys in regards to my adjustment of status case and not feeling confident about their recommendations a friend told me about Monika Sud-Devaraj. I called to schedule an appointment and met with Monika. After receiving answers to all of my questions I knew she was the... attorney I needed for my complicated case. Monika was quick to tell me what the possible outcomes could be. Best case scenario I would receive my green card. Worst-case scenario I'd be denied, she would appeal and would get me my green card. Sure enough, things weren't easy. After an intent to deny Monika used all of her knowledge and filed a motion for my case to be reconsidered and sure enough, I have my green card in hand. I would recommend Monika to anybody looking for an immigration attorney. Her confidence and knowledge helped me get through the long process. She would be in constant communication updating us on the process and reassuring my family and I that we would be ok. Her staff always provided excellent service and were very diligent on providing answers to all of my questions.
