After meeting with 6 other attorneys in regards to my adjustment of status case and not feeling confident about their recommendations a friend told me about Monika Sud-Devaraj. I contacted Monika Sud-Devaraj in the year 2009 when I needed to start my VISA transfer process from J1 to H1B. Monika was very exhaustive and guided my employer in correct and legal way to go about documentation. I went ahead and decided to apply in both the categories. Fortunately, I was approved in both categories and before I could digest this news; I had Green Card in my hand.
