Mr. Horowitz is a shareholder with May Potenza Baran & Gillespie. He is the head of the Family Law/Domestic Relations Practice Group. David’s practice focuses on family law and domestic relations matters, including collaborative divorce, mediation, custody and child support. He is a past President of Collaborative Divorce Professionals of Arizona, and serves on the Arizona Supreme Court’s Child Support Guidelines Review Committee and the State Senate’s Domestic Relations Committee. David also serves as a Judge Pro Tempore for the Maricopa County Superior Court.
David is a certified family law specialist and is appointed to the Family Law Advisory Commission of the State Bar of Arizona Board of Legal Specialization. David teaches family law at Phoenix College and The Arizona Summit Law School. David has presented for the following organizations/conferences:
