mr walz was not only rude to me i found him arrogant and not interested in what was best for me but in his own ratings i saw mr walz as a second opinion in the 2811 case in az the first compassion club raided in the state.we met in a coffee shop.we were required to get a secaond opinion as 6 of the o...wners of the 28-11 club wanted to be represented by the same lawyer which is unusual as if one of us went in a different direction we would have messed up the legal process (we had to all accept the same terms on how the case would proceed)Mr. walz listened to the specifics of the case and told me for 5 times the cost of our lawyer he would take my case.which to skip to the end he told me to take the first plea offer as they rarely gave you a better one later, so for a large dollar amount my the best i was gonna do was 10,000 dollars in fines 1 years+ in prison ,a felony record no rights,and he was very blunt and no negottiations with him..and when your in the position of having all your lifes acheivments gone instantly..you want the person fighting for you to at least want that person to put his best effort forward as there was no going back after the case is over. i was glad i passed over this man as there are some others that will do a better job for less money and aggrivation of feeling like this person doesnt care either way when your very life is in his hands remember your paying for this in many ways
