I worked with Ed in a corporate setting. He has an excellent understanding of the technical, political and legal implications of environmental regulations. He is able to understand and react to the requirements of the operations team, providing excellent advice. In addition, he was very respected withing the industry, working with his peer group to develop strategies which would react proactively with industry and regulators.
Ed also managed real estate transactions. On a large transaction, he arrived on a favorable outcome in a complex and difficult sale.
I have no hesitation recommending Ed.

I am pleased to offer a full recommendation for Ed. He has worked on several projects in the Midwest, Southwest and Southern United States that have had very positive outcomes as a result of his advice, counsel and direct participation. In particular, Ed has helped us in the community, public and local government relations areas with regard to messaging tactics, environmental permitting. In two such projects, he also executed a strategy to negotiate for emission credits and/or emission offset programs. Ed has developed strategies, action plans, position papers and coached our local team to effectively carry out these efforts.

I endorse Mr. Junia. With dozens of well written and still concise and to the point published answers to questions at Avvo.com and the praise of other attorneys for his knowledge of the law and skill in handling it, it is easy to recommend Mr. Junia to you. He knows the law. Additionally, his AVVO answers show that he likes making sure his clients understand their rights and obligations too. If you have a question about Real Estate, HOAs, or any other matter he feels comfortable accepting in southern Utah, he is your answer. I highly recommend him to you.
