Marla R Snow

This commissioner is a travesty to the justice system and should be censured or fired. She had no idea of a single fact in our hearing. She refused to even listen or review clear evidence. She can determine guilt just by looking at someone. Very very very obtuse, rude and incompetent. Had no clue ...where she was or what planet she was on . Just a disgusting player in our wonderful justice system. Review censure and fire her.

Commissioner Snow is the most outrageously biased human I’ve ever seen. Not even my case, but a friend’s who I’ve witness repeatedly get a raw deal and I’m just blown away. She doesn’t follow her own orders and picks a side and then argues for that side and then threatens I have never witness...ed a worse practitioner of law. If you’re a woman, you will lose if your case goes before her.

Marla was a great attorney in the beginning , when things became difficult she was so emotionally invested in my case that it caused a lot of damage. While I appreciated that she cared, she always put me In a vulnerable position. Due to this emotional behavior it cost me my case and forever changed m...y life. She put me in a position that was impossible to overcome. Although my case was 10 years ago. The pain and damage is an everyday reminder of what I went through.

Marla was my attorney for my divorce. My ex husband told her that I was cheating on him, and she believed him and swayed the entire case his way. She dragged her feet and things took forever to get finished. She also refused to put in the decree that I could get his wages garnished through ORS. I had... her assistant put it in last minute without her knowing. If I hadn't done that, I never would have seen a penny of child support. All that because she felt bad for his fake sob story. Never did receive half of the retirement due to her negligence.

Snow is negligent at best. Cannot remember critical details from one hearing to another. Dishes out unjust punishments that are clearly biased and not based in knowledge of the complexities of the case but on the level of her indignant anger with an obvious belief that she has the moral authority to ...risk destroying children’s lives. Never asks any clarifying questions, simply jumps to the worst conclusions in the innocent and indulges in extreme leniency for the perpetrator. Says extremely rude things and blindly believes lies cleverly packaged as “truth”. If you are battling an abusive person in any regard, I’d advise you go into hiding rather than suffering the consequences of Snow’s incompetence. Get out while you still can.
