Commissioner Snow is the most outrageously biased human I’ve ever seen. Not even my case, but a friend’s who I’ve witness repeatedly get a raw deal and I’m just blown away. She doesn’t follow her own orders and picks a side and then argues for that side and then threatens I have never witness...ed a worse practitioner of law. If you’re a woman, you will lose if your case goes before her.

Marla was a great attorney in the beginning , when things became difficult she was so emotionally invested in my case that it caused a lot of damage. While I appreciated that she cared, she always put me In a vulnerable position. Due to this emotional behavior it cost me my case and forever changed m...y life. She put me in a position that was impossible to overcome. Although my case was 10 years ago. The pain and damage is an everyday reminder of what I went through.

Marla was my attorney for my divorce. My ex husband told her that I was cheating on him, and she believed him and swayed the entire case his way. She dragged her feet and things took forever to get finished. She also refused to put in the decree that I could get his wages garnished through ORS. I had... her assistant put it in last minute without her knowing. If I hadn't done that, I never would have seen a penny of child support. All that because she felt bad for his fake sob story. Never did receive half of the retirement due to her negligence.

If you ever see her name do what you can to prevent being involved! Marla chooses not to look at both sides and comes into a room with full biased if she is friendly with one of the counsels. She insists on respect without earning it and if she doesn’t feel like she’s getting the attention she is des...erved she with sabotage and ruin your case for her own enjoyment. To watch a women shame other women for going through any sort of abuse or trying to protect their children is absolutely disgusting. This women should not have any control over anyone’s life. It is not a shock people do not believe in the justice system with such a crooked person in charge.

Marla was great on first meeting, but as time went on, she completely ignored me. She didn’t answer any questions, took weeks to prepare orders, and didn’t fight for me. Her delay in filing my responses cost me additional money and added complications with the court. She would immediately side with o...pposing counsel on every issue, even when they had zero proof, but ignore issues I raised when I had solid proof. She constantly told me I was going to lose, and chastised me for things I didn’t do. She was 100% against me in my case. I fired her before she lost me everything.
