Biography
I have spent 17 years in private practice in debt collection and bankruptcy. Although I have extensive experience in debt collection, for the last 9 years my practice has been primarily consumer bankruptcy.
I take great pride in providing personal service to clients and prospective clients. While many competitors spend a great deal of money on advertising, I spend time on people. A significant portion of my clients come from word of mouth referral.
When not in the office most of my time is spent with my wife and eight children. We enjoy outdoor avtivities, camping, hiking, rock climbing, and causual shooting sports. We also enjoy classic rock concerts, MMA, and Soccor....... go Brasil . My wife is from Brasil so of course soccor is a favorite sport.

Best Attorney in Utah!

Excellent Bankruptcy Attorney
This guy was with me every step of the way, walked me through the process of filing bankruptcy. It wasn't easy to do, but Dane made it possible and easier. I recommend consulting Dane if you are saddled by debt and considering filing a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13.
