My husband and I met with Todd for our estate planning. He took the time to sit down with us, get to know us personally, answer any questions we had, and recommend what was best for our situation. He was not only very knowledgeable, but very caring and honest about what we needed. The week after w...e signed our documents, my husband was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Had we not listened to Todd's recommendations and put things in place, we would have missed out on some very crucial planning opportunities that would not be available to us following the diagnosis. In the process of visiting with doctors and other advisors, there multiple people who commented on the high quality of work Todd did for us. It took a lot of stress out of our situation, knowing we had all the necessary documents in place, and done by someone we trust. I highly recommend Todd!

Todd is by far the best Attorney I have had the opportunity to work with. I have worked on many transactions over the years and had to enlist some of the top Law firms in the California area. I find Todd's experience, professional knowledge and ability to understand complex issues comparable and at... times superior to some of these firms. Todd also brings a practical and realistic view on is counsel. I find that he is a great sounding board on business issues and will often help give a different perspective on the issues. Lastly, I find his rule of ethics and fiduciary responsibility refreshing in an environment where it is not always discernible whether an Attorney really has your best interest at heart.
