First time we ever had too hire an attorney and William was a quick responder, very friendly on the phone, extremely personable, understanding and got right work with us. I don’t normally write reviews, but William Melton was amazing in getting my case in Davis County for sexual assault dismissed. I had never imagined this happening to me and I knew that w...ith my entire future on the line, I needed the best, even if the cost was a little higher. I chose William Melton after researching all the different options I had. He was rated highly, not only by former clients but also by fellow attorneys. I appreciated that William explained everything in detail, especially with this being the first time I had ever gone through the legal system. Willian never made me feel stupid for asking tons of questions. I knew that he believed I was innocent and would do whatever was required to get the best outcome. William always responded to emails or phone calls. Through Williams's hard work behind the scenes and in court, he was able to get my case dismissed. When your entire future is on the line, it pays to get the best, even if it costs a little more. He was worth every penny. I have never been under more stress in my life than I was during this whole situation(Williams's confidence in getting this case resolved helped to reduce the stress). I am now able to get on with the rest of my life without this false accusation hanging over me. I would recommend Melton Law to anyone who finds themselves with serious legal charges.

Completely unresponsive and have pushed my case from 2022 all the way until now. 2 years later and nothing has been done. Not sure if only paid clients get the legal services they deserve but this has been a very hard 2 year struggle for a simple case that should not have been enhanced. Hiring a priv...ate attorney and seeking compensation for emotional distress and has affected my HIV care. Not to mention the court took 6 months to even charge me after I got my drivers license back.
