Saved my License - DUI

Wow! What an experience. I hired Brian after interviewing 5 other DUI attorneys. Brian by far cared the most. He was fairly priced and delivered! First my license was not suspended because he identified that the officer did not do something correct with the police report filing to the drivers license... people.... that meant my license was never suspended. Then there was something wrong with the police video and he did a motion to suppress or something like that and after the officer testified the entire case was thrown out! This was my second DUI so the stakes were very high. I wish I had used him for my first DUI.

"I endorse this lawyer. I have worked with Brian and relied on his experience and expertise when it came to working on a DUI case I was involved with. Brian made himself available for questions and provided help to me when I needed it. Brian was very confident and knowledgeable about DUI cases and without him, I feel I would have had a much tougher time on the case."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
