Mr. Stolz wasted my time and money by arguing other party's points with me. Mr. Stolz he screamed at me for not finding information he was looking for promptly. I don't believe screaming at clients is professional. He failed to represent my position on an issue at a hearing. In my opinion, Mr. Stolz ...lacks the confidence to argue and win. Wouldn't recommend.

Hired on 11.17 to provide a legal letter requesting insurance from a business I was wanting to file a claim with. Terminated on 1.17 for never receiving what I hired for. Communication was poor, was yelled at, told I had an unrealistic expectation demand letter written & deliver within 30 days (funny... because I hired a new lawyer on 2.1 and she finished, revised and mailed the letter 7 days after I paid her). Did not receive a bill until a month after termination and it included charges for my free consultation, credit card fees that are against UT consumer protection laws, over charged my communication & for phone messages that were 7 seconds long. Beware of contracts that Mr Stolz adds onto, and doesn't sign on the date he added on, make sure you detail what you want completed not what he wants completed. I was awarded a judgement, Mr Stolz filed motion after deadline, like all things handled with me he never provides a timely response. My $$ have been controlled by Mr Stolz since 11.2021, a year later I am still waiting for $$$. Beware!! I do not recommend Mr Stolz as a competent representative who supports your needs.
