We hired Johnny to help us with a waiver that had been denied once already. He was horrible to work with and impossible to get ahold of. Our initial meeting with him was great, then the minute we paid him thousands of dollars we stopped hearing from him. What he promised would only take one month end...ed up taking almost 5 months! He took 6 weeks to respond to one email and was never available when we called. Wouldn't even see us for appointments, only made phone appointments. Then worst of all, after all of this, he never met with us to go over our final paper work before he sent it in so who knows what he sent immigration. And in the end our waiver was denied again. I called to let him know, because I found out before him! And his response was "well I'm sorry. I'm shocked." Never heard from him again! He clearly doesn't care about people or keeping families together, only about his paycheck.
