I was in jail an being framed. I needed to get a hold of a lawyer. Mom called several lawyers an sent them them to the jail for me to interview. I was nervous an scared. My case was not going to be easy. After interviewing I decided to pick Darwin. I didn"t know what I was doing but was only hoping ...I had a good lawyer. I knew at the same time this was not going to be an easy case. As I was working with Darwin. he never left me in the dark . He always updated me. He worked many hours an stayed on top of my case the whole time. He showed up every court hearing. It finally came to the point we had turned down every plea bargain. We were now going to trial. I was petrified. My lawyer walked into court and for the 3days we were in court . My lawyer proved he knew what he was doing. We asked Darwin Overson to take over our case. We decided that the previous lawyer was looking for easy money. Darwin did take over our case and we can't thank him enough! He kept us in the loop and fully informed through the entire battle. We had devastating false charges filled against us for child... molestation.  Darwin was present and on time for every court date. When I was in desperate need for a good lawyer for my son, I asked around and his name was the only one that came up more than once. ( thinking to myself that this lawyer must be good at what he does...came highly recommended) I didn't set my hopes too high,as I have dealt with a few lawyers on diffe...rent things. None of which seemed to even compare. Darwin was available after hours including weekends. (Huge bonus for a mother of a teenager in need of an attorney) Darwin was able to keep my son from losing his license and was cleared from a DUI!! No clue how he pulled this off but he did so with ease. Darwin is still helping my son throughout his probation period and has attended ALL court appointments ON TIME! I wold recommend this man 110%!
