General business litigation\Employment law:
Much of my practice involves general business litigation for individuals and Utah businesses of all sizes. I have experience with a range of employment matters, including challenging and defending employment non-compete agreements, and defending against wrongful termination and discrimination claims. I have also litigated the break-up of business entities and represented clients in litigation involving leases, service contracts, vendor/vendee arrangements, and real estate purchase agreements.
Professionals:
I have represented Utah attorneys in disciplinary matters before the Utah State Bar and Utah Supreme Court, and have defended attorneys and law firms against malpractice and FDCPA claims. I have also defended medical professionals against malpractice claims and assisted with pre-litigation proceedings before the Utah Department of Occupational and Professional Licensing.

First submitted message for consultation to Mr. Leeman, on the 21st, a follow-up request on the 24th. Today's the 29th and I've retained another attorney. This lack of response would make me skeptical of the level of service to expect.
