"I have known Mike for several years and have worked with him on various contract and other legal matters. Mike's clients love working with Mike, in part because he is a fierce advocate but also because he communicates well and cares about his clients. From running a business before he graduated from high school and became a lawyer, Mike not only has the legal expertise but the background to understand various real estate and business situations. His experience allows him to draft real estate purchase agreements, buy/sell contracts, business documents including operating agreements and contracts. Mike is so conversant with Utah law that oftentimes he can cite to the law off the top of his head. I don't hesitate to refer clients to Mike and have confidence that he will take care of them."
