Steve has been a great attorney, he helped me get my charges dropped (DUI to Impaired driving and dismissal of possession) to the best possible scenarios. Steve was very helpful in any situation I needed help with and was very good at communicating with me about what was going to happen in court and... how I needed to proceed. Strongly recommend to anyone who is in need of fighting charges and avoiding jail time.

After being charged with multiple felonies and presenting my case to Steve Anderson and his team, he did a superb job fighting for the best possible outcome. While going through the entire process, Steve was always available to answer any questions I had and did a wonderful job helping me remain calm... and confident. Steve and Chad did everything they could to help keep me informed and provide me with as much information as possible. When it was all said and done, Steve worked with the prosecutor and manged to get my charges dropped to misdemeanors with only probation. Steve also had the insight to include in the deal a 402 Charge Reduction once I complete my probation. I did not know anything like this existed, but Steve had the foresight to include it into the deal with the prosecutor. I don't know if any other attorney would have thought to include that. In February of this year, I was cited for a DUI in Davis County, UT, one of the more strict and conservative areas in Northern Utah. I was terrified of the consequences of what would appear on my record, possible fines and loss of my drivers license. I had contacted a lawyer before Steve who wanted a... very large retainer down, plus more after the case resolution. They were very accusatory, and admitted to using unlawful methods in the initial interview, and it made me feel like I was doomed. The charges were lowered from DUI to impaired driving, and the speeding charges on my citation were dropped completely. He even was able to have the judge accommodate for my out of state residence.

My 17 year old son was pulled over by police for an "illegal lane change". He was charged with a DUI after they got him to admit he had smoked marijuana 12 hours earlier that day. He talked to him about the consequences of a DUI, and the impact it has on your life and lives of others. I am very thankful for the legal representation we received from Steve and his firm. Any questions I had were answered quickly, phone calls were returned within the hour, and emails were quickly responded to. I always knew what our next step was, and felt very informed throughout the entire process.
