Biography
I have 37 years of experience in the bankruptcy and workout practice representing consumer and business Chapter 7 and 13 debtors, defending debtors in dischargeability litigation, representing family farmers in Chapter 12 and troubled businesses in Chapter 11, and representing individuals and companies in out-of-court workouts.
In addition to representing debtors, I also represent creditors in all aspects of the bankruptcy and workout practice, including filing claims, suing debtors to declare certain debts nondischargeable or to deny debtors a discharge, acting on behalf of creditors in connection with confirmation of Chapter 11, 12 and 13 plans, and representing creditors who become defendants in preference or fraudulent conveyance lawsuits.

Very knowledgable

Professional & Understanding
