Debt collection.
Mr. Frandsen helped me get some money that was owed me by a supposed friend. He explained in detail what was expected of me. What I could expect when the trial would begin. Even how to act in the courtroom. He wasn't unrealistic in his expectations to me.. He answered any questions I had, or if he didn't know the answer, he said so and he would do what he could to get an answer in a timely fashion. He was upfront and down to earth without being pretentious. Great lawyer!!

Above the rest!
Over 15+ years Richard Frandsen has been able to get everything I was owed. At times, he has even informed me that I was actually entitled to even more than I originally thought. We all hope that we are never in need of a lawyer, but that isn't realistic. In the past 15+ years I have come across several issues that have needed the attention of a lawyer. At first I thought these issues were going to be easily handled by myself. Quickly I found out that the legal process can be a tricky one. That is when I came to Richard Frandsen. Richard Frandsen informed me of any processes and/or paperwork that would possibly need to be done. He answered all of my questions and makes himself easily accessible. He is able to explain issues in a way that are easily understandable. Richard Frandsen treated me with respect and made sure I was taken care of. Over the years, he has handled all my cases with the greatest professionalism. Most importantly, every single case I brought to Richard Frandsen was victorious.

Outstanding attorney review
Rich has represented Reagan Outdoor Advertising with its collections and credit issues for over 15 years. He is a problem solver, not a problem maker, and has saved this company a great deal of money over the years. He approaches problems with the bottom line in mind. Although very aggressive in his pursuit of money that is rightfully ours, he also offers his assessment on whether litigation or a continued pursuit will be cost-effective. I was personally trained by Rich on how to effectively collect receivables, a decision which has greatly enriched my professional career. I enthusiastically recommend him as a litigator and as a consultant to businesses wanting to improve their rate of return.
