I have dealt with Daniel as a mediator of my cases and as opposing counsel. He is an able litigator. But what sets him apart is his problem solving skills, both as a mediator and a litigator. He understands his role and performs it admirably.

I have known Dan as a professional colleague for years now and have always been impressed with his knowledge and skill in mediation and in the law. I call on him regularly when I have questions that fall within his areas of expertise and I have found his advice to be consistently sound. He is a thoughtful, careful, and effective advocate for his clients. His fees are always reasonable, and he works hard at being accessible to his clients. I have no hesitation referring my clients to Dan when they need a skilled litigator or mediator. I highly recommend Dan both as a lawyer and as a mediator.
