I cant say enough about this guy. My life, and how he has enabled me as a parent is beyond anything i could have anticipated. He is just there. He is there when i need him, when i have spats, when i have concerns. He is a true partner in your corner. Highly recommend James. I had worked with two attorneys prior to meeting James. I don't have anything bad to say about my previous experiences except that they were expensive, and rushed. I was billed for everything so I stoped asking important questions. James represented me during my divorce and the entire process inclu...ding state fees was around $700. Although my divorce was uncontested, I had many legal questions that James took the time to answer. I met with him on three different occasions, and spoke with him over the phone in depth, several times. I never felt rushed. On two different occasions he was in court and I had to leave a message with his staff, he was always prompt in returning my calls that day. His advise was thorough, and he would ask me to consider preemptive measures, (ask the what if's). My experience with James was excellent, and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an experienced, fair and ethical attorney.
