I worked wil Hal on a possession, paraphernalia and driving impaired charge. While he was very very polite and charismatic; he lacked the basic knowledge for these types of cases. He was completely unaware of the driver license suspension action that takes place during these types of cases. I was qui...te aware that he usually does not take on cases like this, but I specifically said, "If you feel uncomfortable with this type of case, at all, please tell me and I will find somebody else." To which he responded with confirmation of his ability and intention. But as I have said in the title, integrity can only take you so far. My ONLY priority was my ability to drive, and when he made the deal with the prosecutor he told me that I would be able to drive. I was ecstatic, a week after the sentencing I receive a letter in the mail stating that my license has been suspended. Because of him, and his lack of knowledge, I was driving on a suspended license a little over a week. I would not recommend Hal for any type of drug or driving case. He is a very easy man to work with, I just wish his research would have matched his intention.
