Too bad it doesn't have "10 STARS", as Kayla would get a "10 STAR" rating. Kayla took my case on a very short notice. She analyzed the facts of my case and recommended what we should do. As a professional she took the ball and never looked back. She articulated the facts to the courts and the present...ed in a way that I feel couldn't be any better. She was an awesome coach, and it helped with my nerves. She has a very calm demeanor and she looks at both sides of the case. She gave awesome recommendations of what she thought the court might do and explained that at the beginning so I would not be surprised at the end with the ruling. But she presented it and argued so well that it went well above the results that we were expecting and I came out a winner that day. Kayla was such a great attorney with with an incredible knowledge of the law. My divorce was a back a forth nightmare, not the typical way things are done. Kayla was so supportive and always had the right advice I needed for the crazy way my divorce went. Kayla was always so prompt at returning ema...ils and calls. I had so many questions and concerns throughout this process and Kayla always had a great answer to help me through it. I felt like I had the best attorney that I could have ever hoped for. I was very impressed with her knowledge and the ability to remember so many details of my case. Would recommend her to anyone that wants one of the best!

Kayla took on my post divorce case and handled it like a pro! I was nervous to have a younger attorney take my case but after our initial conversation I knew I was in good hands. She is a true professional and I was amazed at how she handled opposing council and the commissioner during our hearing.... At first I will admit I felt like my case was a lost cause but after giving Kayla all of the details she presented my case to the commissioner and we had very good results in court! What impressed me the most was her ability to understand, remember, and then present the case in court. She ran over opposing council at the hearing! Her ability to focus her attention on my specific case was impressive at a time when I'm sure she had many other cases. She never left me wondering what was next and I would recommend her to anyone needing a family law attorney.

Here are some things that made Kayla stand out for me as my attorney through my divorce: -She is smart. She taught me so much about the divorce process and always had an answer for my questions. I felt like she kept my case two steps ahead and advocated like a boss during my hearing for a protective... order and during mediation. -She is professional. She worked well with other professionals in the process (judges, lawyers, etc.), and she always was aware of being considerate and appropriate to all involved. I really appreciated that she never spoke disrespectfully of the opposing party and focused on the case itself. -She is kind. I consulted with several lawyers and felt sort of "rubber stamped" with many saying that everything would be split 50/50 including custody and finances. After talking with Kayla for just a few minutes, I could tell that she had no intent to do that but rather wanted to make my divorce something I directed as much as possible. -She is a listener first! So many lawyers I met with talked to me more than I talked to them. Kayla is a great listener and was always client-centered. Even during a difficult spot in mediation, she made sure to listen so that I felt fully heard. -She is ethical. She was very ethical in our interactions and in her interactions with opposing party, and it was very re-assuring to know that she was in compliance with the law while still advocating for my needs through the divorce process. -She is respectful. She was always very respectful of my time and my budget. That was so helpful financially during the process as well. I could go on about how amazing she is, but you probably should just call her and find out for yourself because she's exactly the lawyer you want to hire for any family law matters.

Divorce is messy and you hope it will be an end to your issues but sometimes it unfortunately isn't. The situation that Kayla helped us with was a post divorce si...tuation and mediation. I wish Kayla was an attorney when I was originally getting divorced I feel it would have gone much differently for me and my children. Kayla is not only so knowledgeable for a young attorney, but she is also so kind and sensitive with these hard situations that no one wants or thinks they will ever be involved in. It isn't easy having someone see and hear the worst parts of your life. Her personality is very therapeutic, calming and reassuring which is HUGE! When sharing such intimate personal issues and situations. Eveything she did for us was done timely and her quick responses to emails and phone calls when needed put our minds at ease with any questions or concerns we had, and we had many. She is so personable, caring, intuitive, quick witted, observant to people and what they say. She truly cares about who she represents and you don't just see it but you feel it. She is great at multi tasking as she jots down notes while listening to any and all isues you share while running through her knowledge of the law through her mind and how it will help your case and situation. Her actions show her character, carissma, passion and drive for what she does. You can see how much she loves helping people. It takes a very special and passionate individual to not only be very thorough doing their job and what they are being paid to do, as well as being able to have so much empathy for everything you'redealing with. Kayla's abilities in writing are exemplary. She excels in taking all of the most important facts and points given in the situation to paint a picture of the issues at hand which is very helpful to any judge or mediator as well as you. You need an artist so other's can see what you have been through and are going through and she paints with her words. She is incredibly detail oriented with all of the paperwork as well. We felt she was great with her time management too, It is easy to get carried away with chaos and emotions of everything going on and we felt she took great care with her time and ours. I feel this is important! time is money and we didn't feel that our money or time was being wasted by her in any way. When some of our situation went into criminal law she even did everything possible to help us with the outcome of this as well. She is honest, professional and and has so much integrity that when the part of our situation went past her knowledge of criminal law she referred us to another amazing attorney to help us with that matter which was HUGE! again for our situation. You are who you place yourself around and If she doesn't know something she figures it out. She consults with other attorneys and situations they have experienced with law, mediators and judges to get the very best out come for you. The way she treats her staff was also impressive. Her staff was also amazing as well and I can't speak highly enough about those awesome women. We are beyond impressed with everything Kayla has done for us and helped us with. While we hope we will never have issues again, we know that if we do that we will be taken care of to the fullest extent. I wouldn't want any other lawyer in my corner. Kayla will continue to go far in family law and any future endeavours she goes after. If you are able and lucky enough to have her be your lawyer she will make your hard situation feel like you are walking over a hill rather than climbing a mountain at a 90 degree incline.
