Kayla is competent, kind and honest. What else could you ask for in a lawyer. If you read through her reviews they are almost all five stars for a reason. When I first saw all the five star reviews I thought they might be fake, but after working with Kayla I can tell you they are not. Kayla works inc...redibly hard and like many other people have mentioned she makes herself available. On average I probably only had to wait 2 to 3 days for a response. If it ever took longer it was because she was either in mediation or trial. Kayla even made time to talk to me over the phone when realistically we could have completed what we needed over email. If I remember correctly, 95% of Kayla's clients settle in mediation and my case settled in one mediation session. Had I hired any other lawyer I doubt that settling in one mediation session would have been possible. Working with Kayla was a very positive experience for me. Not only is she very easy to work with but she also is a very kind and carrying person. Divorce is such a stressful time and Kayla is very sensitive to your needs. She took the time to help comfort me and help me feel good about the decisions I was making. She is so competent that this comes easily and naturally for her. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better lawyer!

My experience with Kayla seems to be right in line with what everyone else has already said, which is that of complete satisfaction! The nature of divorce makes it an incredibly difficult time, and for me, it was no different. Here are some things that made Kayla stand out for me as my attorney through my divorce: -She is smart. She taught me so much about the divorce process and always had an answer for my questions. I felt like she kept my case two steps ahead and advocated like a boss during my hearing for a protective... order and during mediation. -She is professional. She worked well with other professionals in the process (judges, lawyers, etc.), and she always was aware of being considerate and appropriate to all involved. I really appreciated that she never spoke disrespectfully of the opposing party and focused on the case itself. -She is kind. I consulted with several lawyers and felt sort of "rubber stamped" with many saying that everything would be split 50/50 including custody and finances. After talking with Kayla for just a few minutes, I could tell that she had no intent to do that but rather wanted to make my divorce something I directed as much as possible. -She is a listener first! So many lawyers I met with talked to me more than I talked to them. Kayla is a great listener and was always client-centered. Even during a difficult spot in mediation, she made sure to listen so that I felt fully heard. -She is ethical. She was very ethical in our interactions and in her interactions with opposing party, and it was very re-assuring to know that she was in compliance with the law while still advocating for my needs through the divorce process. -She is respectful. She was always very respectful of my time and my budget. That was so helpful financially during the process as well. I could go on about how amazing she is, but you probably should just call her and find out for yourself because she's exactly the lawyer you want to hire for any family law matters.
