About Erik
Biography
Erik was born and raised in Kaysville, Utah. He has lived in Utah his entire life apart from serving a two year LDS mission in Brazil and the three years he attended law school in Michigan. He has a love for the people and the community. For Erik, being an attorney is his way of giving back to the community. He specializes in the areas of Estate Planning, Guardianship and Probate.
He was raised in a family of eight children. Because of this, he has learned how to get along with everyone. He has an outstanding knowledge of the legal process, which can be credited to his four years at Weber State and three years at Michigan State studying the law. Because Erik's father is also an attorney, he has spent a great deal of his life around legal matters and it comes very natural to him.
Erik is one of the hardest working attorneys that you will meet. He is very efficient with his time but also very patient in dealing with his clients. He gets to know each of his clients personally, seeing them more as family than a client. He cares about helping each person individually and won't give up until his clients get the rights and freedoms that they deserve.

Very Knowledgeable and personable
My husband and I had our trust drawn up by Erik. I appreciated the simple way he explained everything. I mostly liked the way Erik looked me in the eyes and spoke like we were great friends!! I was so impressed, I referred my 82 year old aunt, who also sought our Erik to draw up her trust.
