Mr. Jensen has provided invaluable service a number of times. I not only explicitly trust his advise but also his work ethic and motives. He skillfully represented us in a complicated and sensitive real estate transaction where family, a federal agency, offshore banks, and squatters we all involved.... We were able to successfully resolve (win) and obtain the property. Another time Mr. Jensen represented us against an insurance company. We didn't even realize we had a case. The company had closed the door on our questions and refused to consider it. After he put the case together they wanted to settle immediately! Our family thinks he must have a magic pen because no one else was able to get that kind of response. He is very easy to talk to. He does not come across as condescending like a lot of attorneys.

Anytime you have to hire an attorney is probably not the best time in your life, my experience is no different. That being said, I have hired other Utah attorneys and was flat out lied to and misrepresented,Tyler was the exception to that statement. The first consultation Tyler told me what to expec...t, and the costs that would be incurred, and tother his credit, hetc was spot on on both items. Honest and forthright,these are terms not normally associated with attorneys, but Tyler Jensen is both. I would highly recommend Tyler for any legal needs you may have.
