Prior to dedicating his law practice to estate planning, long-term care planning, elder law and child protection planning, Nathan represented clients in a broad range of civil lawsuits, trust administration disputes and probate cases in Utah courts. As a result, Nathan is uniquely qualified to help his clients avoid common planning pitfalls and avoid needless disputes that can destroy what families have worked a lifetime to build and protect.
