I never expected to be able to say I love a legal firm but...I absolutely love the group at Voyant Legal! :) My wife and I came to them to make sure our two special needs children would be well taken care of if anything happened to us. Nathan and his team were already well familiar with all the addit...ional considerations that come with that scenario, listened with great compassion and empathy, got to know us and our situation very well, and walked us through building a series of documents that give us incredible peace of mind. I didn't really realize what a weight would be lifted off my shoulders when I signed all the paperwork and saw that my wife and my directions would guide my children's future instead of a court. That alone is worth the price, which was very fair with a set price up front based on our needs. We found the whole process extremely smooth and educational thanks to Voyant's amazing team. I found choosing an Attorney to handle our Estate Planning needs, a difficult task. I have no doubt that there are many attorney’s out there who can draft an estate plan, but will it be the right one? Would my husband and I, gain a clear understanding of the estate planning options available and wh...ich one would best meet the needs of our family? What about elder care, health care directives and so much more? In addition, our family is blended and the dynamics are complicated. Finding the right legal team that we could feel confident working with to build our estate plan was of the utmost importance. After these and other considerations, we partnered with Voyant Legal to prepare our family Estate Plan. After our first meeting with Nathan Croxford, we knew that we had made the right decision. My husband was not at all comfortable with estate planning or making those difficult decisions that go along with the estate planning process. Nathan went above and beyond to engage my husband, communicating information in a straight forward, easy to understand way that brought everything into perspective for him and myself. We never felt rushed with our many, many questions. Just when I thought we had completed the process and were moving forward to the final delivery or our estate planning documents, I called Nathan to advise that I needed to make a change. It was not just a simple change; it required a large portion of our trust to be revised and new documents drafted. Nathan was very understanding and accommodating. His primary concern was not the work that would be required to revise our documents but rather that our family had a plan that we were comfortable with.
