We came to Nathan because OTHER lawyers we worked with were exceedingly SLOW. Nathan was great to work with. He set completion dates and got things done when he said he would. He was up front about the pricing and billed us at the time of service so we knew what it was for. No waiting for 6 months to... a year wondering what the bill would be. Nathan was a guest speaker at a retirement home in which we were in attendance. He spoke to our level of understanding. At the end he handed out pamphlets which included his contact information. Based upon his presentation my wife and I felt a more pressing need to set our affairs in order. Sever...al months later we made an appointment with him for a consultation. We liked what we told and went ahead and hired him to draw up the trust for us. He explained things in layman's terms, made little diagrams and answered all of our questions, which were many. We both felt he was talking with us as a friend and not down to us as a high-minded attorney. He wanted very much that we should understand everything he was telling us and reworded things several times for our clarification. Ours was not a terribly complex financial situation but military service and potential VA benefits were a big part of the equation. Nathan explained all of this to our satisfaction and we realized this was something we needed to do so he drew up the papers for a family trust and we put everything in place and felt that the money charged for the service was worth the peace of mind it brought to us. I have since had a couple of little questions for him and he has responded well to my inquiries, either by e-mail or by phone. I have absolutely no reservations about referring him to others for this service.

Nathan was recommended by to us by our financial advisor. When I first met Nathan, he spent a great deal of time explaining the process of creating a trust and the cost timeline involved. He gave us a list for inclusions and ideas that were helpful in the planning process. My husband I very pleased... with the end results. If anything changes in the future, we are able to adjust the trust easily through Nathan.

I found choosing an Attorney to handle our Estate Planning needs, a difficult task. It was not just a simple change; it required a large portion of our trust to be revised and new documents drafted. Nathan was very understanding and accommodating. His primary concern was not the work that would be required to revise our documents but rather that our family had a plan that we were comfortable with.
