My wife and I came in to inquire about a quick claim deed, Nathan did an amazing job explaining the benefits of their full suite of services, we are more than happy he did we signed up for estate planning and to take care of our assets in the event of death, 2 days later I was in the ICU and only l...iving day to day, they came to the hospital on the drop of a hat and finalized everything to make sure all assets were secure. I obviously made it but you never know what day to day brings, very happy with our decision.

Nathan was a guest speaker at a retirement home in which we were in attendance. He spoke to our level of understanding. At the end he handed out pamphlets which included his contact information. Based upon his presentation my wife and I felt a more pressing need to set our affairs in order. Sever...al months later we made an appointment with him for a consultation. We liked what we told and went ahead and hired him to draw up the trust for us. He explained things in layman's terms, made little diagrams and answered all of our questions, which were many. We both felt he was talking with us as a friend and not down to us as a high-minded attorney. He wanted very much that we should understand everything he was telling us and reworded things several times for our clarification. Ours was not a terribly complex financial situation but military service and potential VA benefits were a big part of the equation. Nathan explained all of this to our satisfaction and we realized this was something we needed to do so he drew up the papers for a family trust and we put everything in place and felt that the money charged for the service was worth the peace of mind it brought to us. I have since had a couple of little questions for him and he has responded well to my inquiries, either by e-mail or by phone. I have absolutely no reservations about referring him to others for this service.

During lengthy discussions, Nathan guided me through the decision-making process and we decided an irrevocable trust was the best plan. He also met with the trustees (and me) so they would understand their roles. Nathan answered all our questions and clearly explained how everything worked, making c...hanges when needed. All in all, a very professional and pleasant experience.
