I had Nathan do a revocable family trust for me. There were some special requirements I wanted incorporated into the agreement in order for some of my heirs to qualify for benefits. Nathan Croxford at Voyant Legal walked us through all of the steps to set up our family trust and help with our estate planning. He was very helpful in answering all of our questions and following through with populating the trust after it was set up. Overall, I was satisfied with Attorney Croxfords work in completing my family trust. There were several mistakes, but nothing that wasn't corrected quickly. I guess the real test and review on Attorney Croxford performance and skills will be when I have passed and how well everything is carried out b...y my trustees and follow on work with him. He seemed down to earth and easy to communicate with. Most importantly he is positively motivated, sincere with a great attitude towards his work and meeting my requirements.
