I found choosing an Attorney to handle our Estate Planning needs, a difficult task. I have no doubt that there are many attorney’s out there who can draft an estate plan, but will it be the right one? Would my husband and I, gain a clear understanding of the estate planning options available and wh...ich one would best meet the needs of our family? What about elder care, health care directives and so much more? In addition, our family is blended and the dynamics are complicated. Finding the right legal team that we could feel confident working with to build our estate plan was of the utmost importance.
