Liz went above and beyond to help me. She was there for my kids and often spoke to them explaining the situation in a way they would understand. She gained their trust which was needed. Mrs. Dalton did a great job in mediation with my soon-to-be ex and I. She spent at least 9 hours on our case. She helped us see what mediation was about and helped us see that it is important to forget the past and move forward for the kids' sake. She let us negotiate back and forth until we came u...p with solutions. She made sure we both agreed together on items and then that is what she used to put into the divorce decree. She also guided us to a good middle ground on items we couldn't agree on. She is very positive and very passionate about what she does. She even gave us a signed copy of her book that she co-authored so we could learn more about the effects of divorce on children. She knew how to redirect us when we got out of hand during our negotiations. Mrs. Dalton does know what she is doing and it does stem from 25 years of experience. I felt she did a great job and I felt she was very concerned about our case. She wanted us to move forward and practice our co-parenting and start to heal. She was helping us to be able to communicate with each other again in a business like way so we could make this work for the kids. I would definitely recommend her.
