Guardianship

We were in a difficult situation where we had tried every route to solve our problem -- but the opposing people refused to work with us in any way. We had no other choice but to turn to the law. Greg was recommended to us by someone concerned about our situation. Upon meeting Greg, I was impressed... with his professionalism and his willingness to listen to what I had to say and what the situation was. He was so helpful to lead me through the things I needed to do to handle this legally so that no one could come and refute the outcome. Because of Greg and his assistance, we were able to get the situation handled. We got legal rights to have the person removed from the situation, but the opposing party refused to do it and talked the police into NOT carrying out the order because of lies that they told them and convinced them it was true. Greg went back to the court and got specific rules from the judge that made it impossible for them to do anything but follow the court order. Because of this, we were able to get the person out of an abusive situation and into a place where she was safe and cared for in a loving way. This was NOT an easy case, and I know that Greg had no idea what he was getting into when he agreed to help me, but he stuck with me and we were able to succeed in getting the right thing done. I would recommend Greg to anyone who was looking for help in his areas of expertise.
