He's a good lawyer.

I was a client of Mountain West Disability for about 2 years and every 3 months or so they would assign me a new case manager and ask me a series of questions and they were the same each time. They would send me new paperwork for a doctor to fill out and have send it back to them and I did as they as...ked. I never got to meet these people and I don't know what happened for them to drop me. At this time I needed a Lawyer and Mr. Misner was recommend to me. We spoke on the phone and I met with Greg Misner at his downtown office and this was Halloween 2015. My hearing date was 18 DEC 2015. Greg agreed to be my lawyer and in the short amount of time I had him as my Lawyer he got more done and returned all of my calls with in a few hours when I had questions, and he kept me in the loop with what was going on. He was also easy to talk to and was there with me every step of the way. Thank you, Greg you rock

Highly recommend

I hired Greg Misener to help me get guardianship of my handicapped son that we felt was in a harmful environment and was being isolated from his family. Greg is wonderful to work with and is a caring, experienced and dedicated attorney. He was very responsive to my calls, emails and kept me up to da...te as to what was going on. He explained things clearly to me and walked me through how the court proceedings and processes work. Our case was complicated and it took over 2 years because of that, but he has worked hard and we got the outcome that we wanted. My son is safe, happy, healthy and involved with his family again. I highly recommend Greg and would definitely call him again if I needed an attorney.
