Allen F Thomason

I am the CEO of a multi billion dollar bank. Mr. Thomason was referred to us as a arbitrator who is not only an attorney, but a CPA and CGMA. We were aware of his prior suspension, as was the two major law firms on either side of the case. After a strenuous back ground check we found Mr. Thomason ...to be fit to handle the case despite his low AVVO rating and previous suspention. The case took three months to resolve and was very complex. We found Mr. Thomason came up to speed very quickly, and his multidisciplinary backgrond in Law, Accounting, and Business to be a tremendous asset in our presenting the case. Since the dispute would affect approximately $3.5 billion of our holding, how they would be handled in the future, and that Mr. Thomason's ruling would be bindind on all parties, we were very pleased with the professionalism he showed, his ability to handle the tough issues, and his strength in keeping both sides in contol. When he rendered his decission we found it fair, well reasoned, and while we did not agree with everything in his ruling we did respect him and how he got there. He did an excellent job for usand we will use him again. We have also recrecommended him highly to others. Mr. Thomason is straight forward, fair, his decissions well reasoned, and he is very good to work with. I can't recommend him highly enough.
