Allen was recommended to us by our banker in handling a multi-million dollar construction dispute with a subcontactor. When we first met with Mr. Thomason he told us of his previous suspension and of the rating of your site. He encouraged us to do our own independent check oh his backgrond, which w...e did, primarily because he came so well recommend. We found he has an excellent reputation, solid credentials, and even attorneys who had been opposing counsel spook very highly of him. And in interviewing him I found him to be very well spoken, straight forward, and extremely well creditialed. Upon acceptace of both parties of Mr. Thomason to handle the binding arbitration we proceeded with the case. It was highly contested by both sides but at no time did Allen lose control of what was happening. He is soft spoken, askes the hard questions, and dealt with the difficult isses. In the end his ruling and opinion was well written and reasoned. Although he did not find in our favor we felt he was fair, hand looked at all the issues, and had been totally unbiased. We will use him again and recommend him highly to others.
